If construction work is taking place outside permitted hours and causing noise or disruption, you can submit an After-hours Construction request through 311. These reports help the City investigate possible bylaw violations and address impacts on nearby residents and businesses.


When to Submit This Request

Submit a request if:

  • Construction activity is occurring late at night, early in the morning, or outside permitted hours

  • Noise from tools, machinery, or demolition is disrupting nearby homes or businesses

  • A construction site appears to be operating without regard to local noise restrictions
