If snow or ice accumulation is creating unsafe conditions on public roads, sidewalks, or pathways, residents can submit a Snow Removal request through 311. The City will assess and prioritize clearing based on safety, accessibility, and operational capacity.
When to Submit This Request
Submit a request if:
Snow is blocking public sidewalks or pathways
Ice buildup is creating slip hazards
Roads are difficult or unsafe to drive on
Snowbanks are blocking visibility at intersections
Windrows (snow piles) are blocking driveways or access points

Please note:
Snow removal is prioritized based on:
Main roads and emergency routes
School zones
High pedestrian areas
Residential streets may take longer to be cleared
Property owners are typically responsible for clearing sidewalks adjacent to their property
